My MPG

First off I wanted to see what MPG I was getting before putting this technology to the test. Here is a break down of my car:

1995 Mazda Miata

5 speed

Miles will be shown in the pictures

Modifications: flowmaster exhaust

What I did was filled the tank all the way to the first click to tell me my tank was full. Here is a picture of the pump:

Mileage on the car before we get rolling, notice the trip 0000 :

This will be our route :

Mileage: 39.5 mi

I will take this time to tell you my driving style.  I drive the speed limit. On the route you can see this is NOT highway driving. There are a lot of stop lights between the destinations.  I do anticipate the red lights and I try to keep moving. With this said, here I arrive at the gas station after I fill up:

Proof at the pump again:

Mileage on the Odometer after the trip to verify:

Odometer reading

So if we take the miles traveled : 39.5 miles divide by fuel consumed : 1.021 we arrive at a current MPG at 38.69

With water4gas it is “said” we should see 50% better MPG. We shall see.  Check back for updates.
